Tubular Burners Stamping Production: From Raw Materials to Finished Products

Tubular burners are widely used in baking and grilling equipment, and their function is to provide a steady stream of heat while maintaining a uniform furnace temperature.
The material of the tubular burner can have different options, such as:
1.Stainless steel, which is a high-quality steel with good resistance to rust and wear. Stainless steel tubular burners are typically made using grade 304 stainless steel, which is the highest quality steel available. Stainless steel tubular burners can be bent into different shapes, and straight tubes can also be used directly.
2.Silicon carbide, which is a high-temperature ceramic material with high strength and high thermal conductivity. Silicon carbide tubular burners can withstand application temperatures up to 1380°C and can input twice as much energy as alloy tubular burners. Silicon carbide tubular burners can be manufactured in very large sizes and diameters.
3.Aluminum, titanium, copper, copper alloys and other metal materials, these materials have different characteristics and advantages and disadvantages, such as weight, cost, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, etc. These materials are usually formed into tubular burners by stamping or other processing methods.
Designing the burner: The first step is to design the burner, which involves determining the size, shape, and specifications of the burner. The design should include details such as the length, diameter, and number of holes in the burner.
Creating the stamping die: A stamping die is a tool used to shape the metal into the desired shape. The die is created using CNC machines or other metalworking tools to cut and shape the metal.
Stamping: Stamp the metal tube using the tooling and a stamping press. The stamping process involves forcing the metal tube through the die using pressure, which shapes the tube into the desired form. The stamping process can be repeated several times to create a more complex design.
Finishing: After the stamping process is complete, the tubular burner may require additional finishing to achieve the desired surface texture or appearance. This may include processes such as polishing, sandblasting, or coating the tube with a protective layer.
Assembling the burner: After the metal is stamped, the individual pieces of the burner are assembled. This may involve welding or other metalworking techniques to connect the pieces together.
Quality control: Inspect the finished tubular burner for any defects or irregularities. This may include checking the dimensions and shape of the tube, as well as ensuring that any holes or slots are correctly positioned and sized.
