CNC machining is a kind of material reduction manufacturing technology that allows CNC machine tools to automatically decode and process automatic parts by numerically controlling machine tools with computers and writing instruction programs by formulating logic codes and other symbols.The high degree of computer automation makes the machining process have the characteristics of high precision and high stability. According to the classification of processing methods, CNC machining centers are divided into two categories: turning and milling. Sheet metal fabrication is a processing process for metal sheets which thickness usually below 6mm, including shearing, punching/cutting/compositing, folding, riveting, splicing, forming (such as automobile body), etc. Its remarkable feature is that the thickness of the same part is consistent. The main processes of sheet metal manufacturing include cutting and blanking, CNC bending, punching and shearing, stamping, rolling, riveting, welding and others. It can also be understood as the working principle and operation method of various processing equipment. Almost all sheet metal processing processes are based on the careful design of product drawings and specifications marked by sheet metal engineers before production.       Sheet Metal Fabrication Materials Cold-rolled plate SPCC: mainly used for electroplating and baking varnish, low cost, easy to form, material thickness ≤ 3.2mm. Hot-rolled sheet SHCC: material T≥3.0mm, also use electroplating, baking varnish parts, low cost, but difficult to form, mainly use flat parts. Galvanized sheet SECC, SGCC: SECC electrolytic plate is divided into N material and P material, N material is mainly not used for surface treatment, and the cost is high, and P material is used for sprayed parts. Copper: It is mainly used as a conductive material, and its surface treatment is nickel plating, chrome plating, or no treatment, and the cost is high. Aluminum plate: generally use surface chromate (J11-A), oxidation (conductive oxidation, chemical oxidation), high cost, silver plating, nickel plating. Aluminum profile: a material with a complex cross-sectional structure, which is widely used in various sub-boxes. The surface treatment is the same as that of the aluminum plate.
