Polishing
The process of reducing the roughness of the workpiece surface to become smooth and reflective by mechanical, manual or chemical means.
Sandblasting
Use compressed air to spray the spray material (copper ore, quartz sand, corundum, iron sand, etc.) onto the surface of the workpiece at high speed to obtain a certain roughness and cleanliness on the surface. It can improve the fatigue resistance and decoration of the workpiece, and increase the adhesion and durability of the paint.
Electroplating
The electrophoresis process is that the coating particles are deposited on the workpiece under the action of an electric field to form a film. If the paint particles are negatively charged and the workpiece is an anode, it is called anodic electrophoresis; otherwise, if the paint particles are positively charged and the workpiece is a cathode, it is called cathodic electrophoresis.
Electrophoresis Process
The parts are immersed in the paint solution installed in the charged tank, and the paint particles are deposited on the workpiece to form a film under the action of the electric field force. If the paint particles are negatively charged and the workpiece is an anode, it is called anodic electrophoresis; otherwise, if the paint particles are positively charged and the workpiece is a cathode, it is called cathodic electrophoresis. Electrophoretic coating has uniform thickness, strong adhesion and beautiful appearance.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is to use powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying machine) to spray powder coating on the surface of the workpiece. Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powdery coating; Baking, leveling and curing, it becomes the final coating with different effects; the spraying effect of powder spraying is better than that of painting process in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, etc., and the cost is also higher.
Anodizing
This is the process in which aluminum and its alloys form an oxide film on the aluminum product (anode) under the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions under the action of an applied current. It overcomes the defects of aluminum alloy surface hardness and wear resistance, expands the application range and prolongs the service life.
Brushing
Brushing is a method that uses the reciprocating movement of the drawing cloth to rub back and forth on the surface of the workpiece to improve the surface finish of the workpiece. The texture of the surface is linear. It can play a decorative effect, cover minor scratches on the surface, and reflect the texture of metal materials.
Black Oxide
Black oxide It is a method of steel surface treatment. The coating film is formed by the reaction between the chemical solution and the workpiece, and the thickness of the film is 0.5-1.5 microns, which has no significant impact on the size and precision of the parts. Oxidation treatment of steel parts is widely used in the general protection of mechanical parts, precision instruments, cylinders, springs, weapons and daily necessities and decoration. Its film layer has good wear resistance, black and shiny, and beautiful.
Painting
Metal surface painting is sprayed with liquid paint to produce a beautiful appearance in various colors. The coating can protect the metal from oxidation and corrosion and inhibit the intrusion of corrosive media.
