What is Die/Mold Design & Manufacturing?

Stamping die/mold is a special process equipment for processing materials (metal or non-metal) into parts (or semi-finished products), from drawings to mold design then to production, each process is performed using CAD/CAM design tools, which can provides the precision required for complex parts. Through the cooperation of the press and the mold, we can achieve an efficient and unified components production process.

We use various carbon steels, carbide alloys as raw materials for mold making, and with our wire-cut electric discharge machining (EDM), CNC machining and water jet cutting equipment, we can produce high-precision prototypes within tight tolerances and can facilitate large-scale production runs.
