1. Automated Guided Vehicle

Refers to a transport vehicle equipped with automatic navigation devices such as electromagnetic or optical, capable of driving along a prescribed navigation path, and equipped with safety protection and various transfer functions. A truck that does not require a driver in industrial applications is powered by a rechargeable battery. Generally, the computer can be used to control its travel path and behavior, or use the electromagnetic track (electromagnetic path-following system) to set up its travel path. The electromagnetic track is pasted on the floor, and the unmanned van relies on the information brought by the electromagnetic track to move and act.

2. Laser Blanking

Laser blanking refers to the blanking method that uses the laser output from the laser oscillator to focus through the focusing lens at the speed of light to generate high-density energy and irradiates metal or non-metal materials to evaporate them. It can perform high-precision cutting with small gaps. cutting.

At present, in the automobile stamping workshop, there are two main types of laser blanking and cutting machines, one is carbon dioxide laser cutting machine, and the other is fiber laser cutting machine. Compared with the traditional mechanical blanking method, laser blanking does not need to race against time to replace the blanking mold when the blanking requirements are adjusted, only the engineer needs to modify the CNC program of the laser, which is very convenient and fast, and the laser blanking can simply cut out Various suitable contours make the stamping process as easy as possible.

Since the heat generated during laser blanking is relatively concentrated, the heat-affected zone on the workpiece is relatively small, which can effectively control the thermal deformation of the workpiece, especially for slender workpieces that require straightness. With the continuous improvement of laser blanking process parameters, laser blanking is faster and more efficient in the conversion of NC codes, and can better deal with quality problems caused by defects in blanking itself through programming, making the entire production process more systematic and efficient. 3. Laser Detection

Laser detection is a non-contact measurement that does not affect the movement of the measured object. It has the advantages of high precision, large measurement range, and short detection time. It also has high spatial resolution. It is used in the familiar laser interferometric length measurement , laser ranging, laser vibration measurement, laser alignment, laser displacement measurement, laser speckle measurement, etc. In the automobile stamping workshop, the principle of laser distance measurement and the principle of laser displacement measurement are generally used when using laser detection technology.

Laser detection technology realizes the automatic judgment and recognition of workpiece size, shape, color and other characteristics. Compared with the measurement and judgment made by human eyes, laser detection has high automation, high efficiency, high precision, strong stability, and adaptability to danger. The advantages of environment and wide photosensitive range are the necessary means to realize industrial automation and intelligence.

 

 

4. Servo Stamping

The meaning of servo is a feedback control system for mechanical displacement and acceleration. Its main function is to make the output mechanical displacement or rotation angle accurately track the input displacement or rotation angle. Servo stamping technology refers to the feedback control system/follow-up system used to accurately follow the stamping process.

Compared with the traditional full-automatic stamping line, the full-servo stamping production line has the characteristics of fast speed, high integration and strong flexibility in production, and realizes the "green, intelligent and integrated" full-servo high-speed stamping production. When equipped with a good feeding device, cross-bar manipulator and tail line system, the entire stamping line can ensure high output and high quality, and at the same time have a very short replacement time of molds and end effectors, thereby reducing zero. The unit cost of the component, thereby improving the economic efficiency of the stamping shop.
